Operations and Customer Care Executive/Co-ordinator:
1.Assisting us in the entire process of operations i.e. service order generation, managing our mobile app administration terminal w.r.t data entry, calculating delivery prices and generating invoices.
2.Creating data sheets for all the service orders to prepare the power point with important data.
3.Helping us in compiling all the data from Mobile App & Web Transactions.
4.Assistance in improving our existing SOPs for operations.
5.He/she will be working on excel sheets for maintaining our client/customer base and updating the data.
6.He/she will coordinate with our clients, runners on the field & the management.
7.Maintaining operation’s administrative panel with the help of technical coordinator for our mobile app.
8.Handling first hand queries from our prospect customers & will pass on the leads to sales manager/top management for next level interactions with the customers.
Sales and Marketing Executive/Sr.Executive/Manager:
1. Sales: 75% of the job responsibilities would be of sales management on the field for selling or upselling our services.
2. Marketing: Candidate will be assisting in the entire media campaign for us.
3. Brand Management: Generating ideas on new channels of marketing to promote the brand & helping us in spreading the brand awareness of our services.
4. Assistance in setting up and following the sales targets for the team and analyzing results from media campaigns.
5. Candidate should have knowledge of working on MS Office and any Video presentation platform is must.
6. Candidate will also help us in creating proposals, sales documents and material etc.
7. Social Media (SM): he/she will update content on our social media pages to promote our brand and also will be assisting throughout our SM campaigns.
